  • 450 g/1 lb minced (ground) lamb
  • 100 g/¼

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients, adding salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Knead for 15 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare charcoal fire, or preheat grill (broiler).
  3. When ready to cook, form kefta mixture into little round patties 5–6 cm
