  • 100 g/¼ lb plain flour (scant 1 cup all-purpose flour), sifted

Method

  1. Sift flour and yellow cornmeal into a mixing bowl. Add 8 tablespoons lukewarm water and 1 tablespoon groundnut (peanut) oil and mix well with a wooden spoon to form a dough.
