  • 2 ripe dessert apples
  • 2 ripe dessert pears
  • juice of 2 oranges
  • juice of

Method

  1. Peel and core apples and pears. Cut them into eighths and then into thin slices.
  2. Combine sliced apples and pears in a fruit bowl and add orange and lemon juice to prevent fruit from discolouring.
  3. Peel bananas and slice thinly. Add to fruit in bowl and toss gently. Add the orange-flower water, and icing (confectioners’) sugar to taste.
  4. Add th
