  • About

A meze is a selection of dishes served together to be eaten at any time. Our meze plate changes daily and is always served with roasted olives and a fresh tomato salad.

Ingredients

Flat Bread

Method

TO MAKE BREAD, place the flour, water and butter in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add the sugar and salt and mix all together at a low speed, preferably with a dough hook. When the dough is smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes), remove it from the mixer bowl. Roll the dough into a cylinder and wrap it in plastic wrap (cling film). Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
