Homemade Pasta

  • cups flour, or more as needed
  • 5 large eggs (see Note)

Method

To make the pasta, place the flour in a mound on a clean countertop. Make a well in the middle of the flour and combine the eggs, olive oil, and salt in the well. Using a fork, beat together the eggs in the center and slowly begin to add the flour into the eggs, maintaining a wall of flour to hold the egg mixture in the center.
