This is a great way of using up the leftovers from your Sunday roast – in which case, you can skip the first step. Chicken or pork would work well too, ideally chicken breast or pork belly.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Place the beef in a roasting tin, season with salt and pepper and roast for 20 minutes, then turn the oven
