Biscuits and cakes are not everyday fare in Tibet, but during the New Year (Losar) celebrations Tibetans go to town with khabsey. As these simple biscuits are made into all kinds of beautiful shapes, this is the ultimate opportunity to get the creative and artistic juices flowing.
