This is a recipe from Fiona and she says this is perfect for early spring. Sea spaghetti is also known as buttonweed due to its distinctive holdfast (by which it is attached to the rock); it is also known as thong weed. Early in the season this seaweed can be eaten raw from the rocks.
This wonderful recipe combines the earthy texture of winter celeriac with new growth sea spaghetti.
