Donald Gillies and Donna DuCarme run Hirsel Farm, a traditional hill croft in Sutherland which belonged to Donald’s mother. Situated on Kincardine Hill near the small village of Ardgay, the croft enjoys a beautiful view over the south-west shore of the Dornoch Firth.
