Wester Hardmuir Bramble and Apple Curd

Wester Hardmuir Fruit Farm is situated near the Moray coast between Nairn and Forres, but people make pick-your-own pilgrimages to it from every corner of the Highlands, such is its reputation for quality produce. The owners, James and Sylvia Clarke, started the farm in 1987 with a humble field of strawberries but over the years have increased their range of production so much they now have over 50 polytunnels where they grow strawberries, raspberries, cher
