  • 5 Weetabix or similar cereal biscuit, crushed

Method

Heat the oven to 160°C (fan 140°C), 325°F, gas mark 3.

Oil and line a baking tray 18cm × 30cm.

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Melt the butter and syrup together and stir in. Press evenly into the prepared tray. Bake for 15 to 20
