  • 350 g / 12 oz green beans, stem ends removed
  • 3 tbsp


Steam the green beans until tender. Immediately refresh them under cold water. Drain well. Place half the beans in the bowl of a hand blender and process to a purée. Chop the rest into 2-cm / 1-in pieces.<
