  • About

Bazhe is a nut sauce and can be made from walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds, though walnuts are the most usual. This quick and easy sauce goes wonderfully with roast or grilled chicken but can also be used on eggs or potatoes. Use a whole roast chicken or individual pieces, as I have. The sauce can be served hot or cold. Store leftover sauce in the refrigerator for 1 week.
