  • About

Toasted flaxseeds taste completely different from their raw counterpart. When toasted, the seeds become incredibly fragrant and nutty, with an intense roasted aroma reminiscent of peanut butter. When serving these greens, don’t drain off any excess sauce. Instead, ladle the greens and the nutty sauce directly onto a piece of injera to soak up the potlikker.
