This tangy, crunchy slaw is a great alternative to a lettuce-based salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped tomato
  • 1 jalap

Method

Put the cabbage, tomato, and chile in a medium bowl. Add the vinaigrette and salt and toss to combine. Season to taste with pepper and additional salt if desired. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
