  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • ¼ cup minced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

Put the onion, tomato, and oil in a small bowl and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Mitmita. Mound evenly on top of the chiles.
