This recipe makes a tangy all-purpose vinaigrette. Toss it with any food that calls for a light, peppy dressing.
Combine all the ingredients in a clean glass jar. Seal tightly and shake to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken slightly and let the flavors blend and mingle.
