Here’s a quick fitfit you can make from any sort of roasted nut butter you have on hand. I like this made with dark-roasted, crunchy peanut butter, but any natural variety will do.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup natural unsweetened peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, plus more if desired

Method

Put the peanut butter and salt in a medium bowl. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the water and stir. Add about half the remaining water and stir until the peanut butter breaks down and becomes smooth and emulsified. Add the remaining water and stir until smooth. The mixture will be thin, similar to nondai
