  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • ½ teaspoon

Method

Put the water, chickpea flour, granulated onion, salt, and turmeric in a blender and process on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a medium saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, whisking or stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
