This drink is a real treat and tastes like a rich, creamy, nut-butter shake. The addition of a frozen banana makes it even creamier and more luscious. Traditionally, telba is made with just flaxseeds, water, and sugar or honey, but I prefer it fancied up a bit, as it is in this recipe.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
