Keyih sebhi directly translates as ‘red stew’. This is a dish that is made for all celebratory occasions. You will never attend a wedding or a christening that doesn’t serve this dish. It is traditionally made with lamb, goat or beef. In Australia, we have also made it with kangaroo meat as an alternative. You can serve this dish on top of Injera if you want to be traditional, or you can serve it on a bed of Ruz or any ri
