  • About

The dramatic cookie shells, modeled after the magnificent cup-shaped blossoms of the magnolia tree, make an impressive holder for any sorbet (or ice cream) — which, or course, could be scooped into the shells instead of piped. If red currants are unavailable, try another red sorbet, such as blood orange or raspberry; either would go well with the kiwi sauce.
