You will need a softly curved mold to shape half of the baked cookies. A tube or bain-marie insert measuring 4 to 4½ inches (10 to 11.2 cm) in diameter works fine. If you do not have a form, you can make one easily by bending a thin strip of aluminum into a curved shape.
