  • About

Beef is what generally comes to mind when you think of Brazilian barbecue, but the legendary barbecue restaurant chain Porcão, with branches in Rio, São Paulo, and Miami, also does a lively business in lamb. This is a great marinade for either whole (bone-in) or butterflied legs of lamb. Allow the meat to marinate, covered in the refrigerator, for one day before grilling.
