Although this can be made ahead, I prefer to make it as needed so that it will be at full strength.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.

  2. Allow the mixture to marinate for ½ hour, and place in a small soy sauce dish. Serve immediately.
