- Peanut oil 200 g 7.05 oz
- Sage leaves 10 10</
- Heat the oil in a small sauce pot to 185°C/365°F.
- Fry the leaves 2 at a time. They are done frying when they no longer release bubbles while they are in the hot oil; make sure to turn them over once while frying.
- Take the leaves out of the oil and let them drain on top of a clean paper or cloth towel.
- Reserve them uncovered during service at
