Chocolate Décor Curved Triangle

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate, tempered 300 g 10.58 oz

Method

  1. Line a PVC tube measuring 10 cm/4 in long by 10 cm/4 in diameter with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the tempered chocolate on a 10-cm/4-in square sheet of acetate in a thin, even layer using an offset spatula.
  3. Once it is partially crystallized, cut out isosceles triangles that are 1 cm/.4 in wide at the base.
  4. Wrap the acetate around the prepared PVC tube to fully crystallize.
  5. Once it has completely crystallized, reserve in a cool, dry place, preferably enclosed.
