Coffee Jelly Tube

Ingredients

  • Water 220 g 7.76 oz 85.27%
  • Instant Vietnamese coffee (see Resources) 4 g .14 oz 1.55%
  • Superfine sugar 30 g 1.06 oz 11.63%
  • Agaroid RS-507 (see Resources) 4 g .14 oz 1.55%

Method

Combine the water, coffee, and sugar in a small sauce pot and stir to dissolve the sugar and the instant coffee. To make the jelly, follow the method for the strawberry jelly tube.
