  • Peanut butter, smooth 100 g 3.53 oz 20%
  • White chocolate

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and melt over a hot water bath.
  2. Pass through a fine-mesh sieve and fill a spray gun canister if using immediately (to spray the peanut butter cream), or reserve in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
