Ingredients

  • White chocolate 100 g 3.5 oz 44.44%
  • Cocoa butter 100 g 3.5 oz 44.44%
  • Naturally colored cocoa butter (red, blue, yellow, green, white, and/or black) 25 g .88 oz 11.11%

Method

  1. Prepare each color separately. Combine white chocolate, cocoa butter, and colored cocoa butter in a bowl and melt over a hot water bath. You will need to make 225 g/7.88 oz for each color you want to use.
  2. Once melted you can spray the frozen desserts with a spray paint gun or reserve in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
