Chartreuse Ice Cream Bites

Chartreuse is a very complex-flavored liquor that is highly alcoholic and has strong herbal notes that are strengthened by the dark chocolate. Be sure to use the green variety here rather than the yellow. The dark chocolate shell also adds a grown-up twist to the chocolate shell often found in ice cream novelties, as well as a textural snap to a smooth ice cream.
