  • Fresh blackberries 300 g 10.58 oz 75
  • Sugar


  1. Combine both ingredients in a small sauce pot and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
  2. Purée while hot in a blender and then pass through a fine-mesh sieve.
  3. Cool in an ice water bath. Reserve refrigerated. Discard after 3 days.
