Royal Icing

Ingredients

  • Confectioner’s sugar 270 g 9.52 oz 83.59%
  • Egg whites 51 g 1.80 oz 15.79%
  • Cream of tartar 2 g 0.07 oz 0.62%

Method

  1. Whip all of the ingredients together in a mixer until well combined, light, and fluffy.
  2. Use right away or reserve in an airtight container in refrigeration for up to 1 month.
