Method
- Set a dehydrator to 45°C/113°F. Place the leaves in the dehydrator for 12 hours or until they have completely dried.
- Once they are dried, pulverize them in a coffee grinder.
- Reserve in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Discard after 1 year.
