  • Shiso leaves 300 g 10.58 oz 100%

Method

  1. Set a dehydrator to 45°C/113°F. Place the leaves in the dehydrator for 12 hours or until they have completely dried.
  2. Once they are dried, pulverize them in a coffee grinder.
  3. Reserve in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Discard after 1 year.
