This fried unleavened bread is often eaten on special occasions. It is best cooked on a tava or iron griddle. You can use equal amounts of wholemeal (whole wheat) and maida if you cant buy chapati flour.

Ingredients

  • 200 g (1⅓ cups) atta (chapati flour)

Method
