Pickles are very much a part of an Indian meal. Although there are many varieties of commercially manufactured pickles available, a home-made one is far superior. Choose thin-skinned lemons for this if you can. You can also use Indian limes for this recipe.

Not really difficult at all, but just a few steps involved. Brilliant yellow colour. I only just put it in the final jars today and I think it will benefit from maturing a bit. Will update my review in a few weeks time.
