This banana bread is a cut above the rest with the addition of roasted banana, Lotus Biscoff caramelised biscuit spread, and large chunks of dark chocolate. If you prefer, use nuts or dried fruit instead of the chocolate, or even just leave it out, but do make sure you roast the bananas for that intensified banana flavour. This is beautiful served plain, but if you want a bit of pizazz then I’d recommend one of the drizzles.
