Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 carton<

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan, then add the garlic and stir until it becomes fragrant.
  2. Add the passata, balsamic, oregano, sugar and salt. Reduce to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes until you have a lovely smooth sauce.
