  • 75 g dairy-free margarine
  • 250 g icing sugar

Method

  1. Whisk the margarine until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the icing sugar, cocoa powder and dairy-free milk to the margarine and whisk until you have a light buttercream.
  3. Pipe or spread a generous amount onto each cooled cupcake.
