  • 100 g dairy-free dark chocolate, chopped
  • 30 g (2 tbsp)</

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate, cream, syrup and salt together in a microwave or over a bain-marie. Stir until smooth.
  2. Place the bowl in the fridge for the ganache to fully set but still be pliable. This will take an hour or two.
  3. With very cold hands (run them under the cold tap if necessary) scoop out teaspoons of the chilled ganache and roll into balls.
