Ingredients

  • 210 g dairy-free milk (ideally soya)
  • 15 g white wine or cider vinegar

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the milk into a jug, add the vinegar and Marmite, then leave it to curdle.
  3. Place all the other ingredients except the butter and cheese into a bowl or stand mixer.</
