Flapjacks are always fabulous – packed full of sweet oaty goodness and ideal for transporting on a picnic or day out. You can make these plain if you leave out the coconut and ginger in the recipes below; they will still be delicious, but the coconut and chocolate or ginger twists really elevate them to the next level. For gluten-free flapjacks make sure the oats are free from any traces of gluten.
