You just have to use apples in the Autumn, don’t you think? This stunningly beautiful but extremely easy tart will use up those windfalls and always impress guests. You can’t get better than that! To make this gluten-free simply use gluten-free puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • ½ pack of ready-made puff pastry
  • 1-2 crisp eating apples
  • 10 g

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°c and roll out the pastry to 0.5 cm thick. Use a large dinner plate (approximately 25cm diameter) as a template to cut out a perfect circle
