Marvellous Muffins

Muffins are just marvellous, lighter than a cupcake and so flavoursome they don’t need any icing or dressing up. I have gone for traditional blueberry because you can’t go wrong with such a classic, and a seasonal sweetly spiced option. Who needs a latte when you can have a pumpkin spice muffin instead?
