I hope this mousse really impresses you. The texture is so light and airy you’d be forgiven for thinking you were eating a chocolate cloud. While the mousse is wonderful alone or with a side of fresh berries, the addition of sweet and crunchy chocolate palmiers adds texture. The palmiers also make a great snack on their own and are a wonderful way of using up leftover puff pastry.
