Salted, Poppy Seed or Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Knots

The beauty of these pretzels is not just that they’re cute and delicious, but you can make one batch of dough and end up with savoury rolls – which are great for sandwiches or even burgers – as well as sweet doughnut-like treats. Now that makes it more than worthwhile! I like to make all three varieties from one batch of dough, but you can just as easily stick to one of the flavours instead.
