These gorgeously fruity, oaty, seeded crumble bars are inspired by a Yotam Ottolenghi recipe, so they have great heritage on the flavour front. I see them as a mixture of jam tarts, berry crumble, a hint of flapjack, and a smidgen of cereal bar, and it’s a rather delightful combination.

Ingredients

  • 60 g plain flour
  • 35 g oats
  • 30 g

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°c and line a loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.
