Drawing inspiration from the famous Spanish doughnut-like treat, here we have a lightly fluffy sponge, rippled with a spicy sweet cinnamon swirl, sprinkled with a crunchy sugar coating: just like churros in cake form. It really is as delicious as it sounds! Add a warm, dark chocolate ganache sauce (which also makes a delicious ice cream topping) and you’re in churros cake heaven.
