  • ½ tsp salt
  • 125 g wholemeal flour
  • 2 tsp

Method

  1. Stir the salt into the flour. Add the yeast extract, olive oil and water. Bring everything together to form a soft dough, then knead until silky and smooth.
  2. Wrap and rest the dough in the fridge for at least an hour. Preheat the oven to 190°c or 180°c fan
