Crème brûlée is an unfailingly popular dessert, so I had to make my own friendly version. A rich, unctuous, vanilla-scented cream topped with a wonderfully crisp glaze to crack… pudding perfection! Why not serve it with some shortbread bites for a lovely textural contrast?
